Untapped Potential

How often are we like the children of Israel? Praising God with total abandon as we witness great and mighty miracles, then soon after we worry and complain when things don't immediately go as we had planned?

For the Children of Israel, Pharaoh's heart was hardened so that they could witness incredible miracles and the Egyptians could not deny that their God was all powerful! God had a strategic plan. He wanted to build the faith of His children through impossible situations. They had a slave mentality not a Kingdom one. Unfortunately, slavery had become comfortable...it's what they knew. Though it was bondage it was routine, and it didn't challenge them to become stronger and filled with faith.

Moses introduced them to a new way of thinking. He was a man who knew God and had no doubt that He would fulfill His promises no matter how bad the situation appeared. That's a Kingdom mentality, one who sees through the eyes of the Spirit and not the flesh. One who looks at trials as steppingstones to victory and an incredible testimony of the love, goodness, and power of God! That way of thinking is only established through relationship and knowledge.

We must realize, we are not of this world and therefore its methods do not apply to us. In the world we are limited by our talents, education and intelligence, but in the Kingdom, His calling and anointing supersedes ability! In the world a fatal disease means certain death, but in the Kingdom, the Word of God has the last Word! In the world, blessings mean a lack of trouble but in the Kingdom, our blessing is the peace we experience in the most difficult circumstances and the faith and power we've been given to destroy the work of the enemy! We must realize the price that's been paid for our souls, a relationship with the King of kings and the Lord of lords and our healing and freedom from bondage!

Don't become comfortable in the enemy's camp! You were created for much more. Build your relationship with the Lord, know His Word and understand who you were created to be!!! You have untapped potential, and the Lord is waiting for you to walk in the fullness of what He's provided for you to become the man or woman He created and designed you to be!!

Matthew 6:33 (KJV) But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Matthew 16:19 (KJV) And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Acts 28:31 (KJV) Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

John 17:14-16 (KJV) I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

Ephesians 2:10-13 (TPT) We have become his poetry,  a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it! So don’t forget that you were not born as Jews and were uncircumcised (circumcision itself is just a work of man’s hands); you had none of the Jewish covenants and laws; you were foreigners to Israel’s incredible heritage;  you were without the covenants and prophetic promises of the Messiah, the promised hope, and without God. Yet look at you now! Everything is new! Although you were once distant and far away from God, now you have been brought delightfully close to him through the sacred blood of Jesus—you have actually been united to Christ!
