Victory Through Fervent Prayer

Intimacy with God and reading His Word are absolutely necessary for spiritual growth and developing a wonderful relationship with our Lord and Savior. It's the building block to productivity for His Kingdom. We cannot know the will of God, His heart and nature lest we read our Bibles and spend time in His presence.

Do you realize that the results of your time spent getting to know God are much greater than getting deliverance from your own hang ups, sins and fears? There's so many benefits from a life spent pursuing God, but if the results are limited to only your own gain, then your missing the most important part.

Spiritual growth was never designed to be a purely selfish endeavor. As we draw closer to Jesus, we begin to realize our authority against the forces of hell. We have an incredible and unimaginable tool we've been freely given called fervent prayer. It can change the course of history, make the crudest sinner fall to his knees in repentance, it has the power to heal the sick and raise the dead! With prayer we've been blessed with the seal of the name of Jesus, the name that gives us the authority to see the devises of the enemy halted!! We have been given power and authority in JESUS name to take back what the enemy has stolen and command the demons to loose their captives and return to the pit! We are the children of the living God and if we are going to see our world changed we must start acting like children of the King, not wimpy victims of a defeated foe.

I don't know if you've heard the news, but yesterday was Easter Sunday and HE CONQUERED THE GRAVE AND HE IS RISEN!!! Our God is alive and powerful and He's given us the authority to do great exploits for His Kingdom. Let's enter into the battle we've already won, believing that we are who He says we are and we cannot lose!!!

Pay the price on your knees to see salvation and deliverance come to a lost and dying world. It's time to look past our 4 walls and fervently pray for souls who are heading to hell. Chances are, you are enjoying salvation today because someone prayed for you!

Acts 12:5 (NKJV) Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church.

James 5:16 (AMP) Therefore, confess your sins to one another [your false steps, your offenses], and pray for one another, that you may be healed and restored. The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by God—it is dynamic and can have tremendous power].

1 John 5:4 (NKJV) For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world our faith.

Ephesians 6:10-12 (NKJV) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
