I Am Adamant

Once my eyes were opened to the knowledge of Christ - I became adamant about His Truth. I was so hurt - that for 20 years of my life no one told me about the loving Father I have in Heaven. I was never taught or trained on how to live out my calling or make my dreams a reality. Everything seemed too far-fetched for my reach. I believed many lies from the enemy. Regarding finances I believed I would never have enough - that living paycheck to paycheck is just the way life is. I couldn't see beyond my insecurities and fears. I had many dreams from a young age to travel and meet people from all walks of life. I wanted to write a book about the story of my crazy life not yet knowing that something much more was about to written.

Everything changes when you see Jesus for who He is and know the sacrifices He made just for you. I had never personalized my belief in a divine Creator. It was always just a nice story to hear for comfort during sad times. Now I KNOW Truth and that Truth is Jesus! He is the way and the only way to God our Father, our Creator and ultimately to eternity in Heaven. I wanted everyone else I knew to KNOW this same Truth, this same Jesus. He is not stuck on a cross or buried in a grave - He is the Risen King!

There is nothing that can take away this Rock! Death no longer has a sting because Jesus defeated the grave. Do you KNOW this Savior? Being adamant is to stand firm and not be moved by what everyone else says, thinks or implies. I have a relationship with the one I cannot see, yet He is all around me. I cannot deny Him, I was created in His image… oh how my soul cries out for all to KNOW Him like I do and even greater!

We are in a new season where a spiritual shift has taken place - many are in the valley of decisions and are needing that confirmation - God show me! Will you be that answered prayer to someone? Will you be adamant in your faith? We must let our faith rise as we continue on in this spiritual battle against the enemy of our souls. Death is knocking but Christ is in us and He is greater than any enemy we face! Stand firm in your faith - be adamant! Shout yes to Jesus!

Revelation 5:5 (AMP) Then one of the [twenty-four] elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look closely, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome and conquered! He can open the scroll and [break] its seven seals.”

John 14:6 (TLB) Jesus told him, “I am the Way—yes, and the Truth and the Life. No one can get to the Father except by means of me."

1 Corinthians 16:13-14 (AMP) Be on guard; stand firm in your faith [in God, respecting His precepts and keeping your doctrine sound]. Act like [mature] men and be courageous; be strong. Let everything you do be done in love [motivated and inspired by God’s love for us].
