Praying for Revival!

I'm hungry for revival fire! I've experienced it in the past and I know that one touch of the Spirit of God can transform a life, stir hunger and passion, and cause even the most timid to not be able to contain from sharing their testimony. One touch transformed Peter's life. The disciple whom, due to fear, denied knowing Christ one moment then preached about Him with boldness in the streets the next! One touch caused a man named Stephen to boldly preach about the Holy Spirit even as he was being murdered. He was so captivated by Him that the realization of His presence was greater than the pain his body endured.

One touch transformed my son who was far from God, angry and suicidal. Within minutes he was transformed, restored and back on the path to His destiny, ultimately surrendering his life and entering ministry. One touch took my daughter-in-law who had never gone to church in her life, stirred a fire within her soul and a desperate hunger for the presence of God and His Word, which prepared her for ministry. Today they are pastors of a growing church in St. Louis.

One touch saved my son-in-law, who was on his own since he was 16, in and out of trouble. Today he and my daughter love and serve the Lord. They have an indoor skate park youth ministry in Iowa they run from long distance.

One touch can restore life to dry, dead bones! It will cause a confidence and boldness to flow out of you even in the face of opposition. With one touch you can't contain it! It's like fire shut up in your bones!!

I watched during revival meetings in the 90's as thousands would run to the altar in repentance. Not because a fire and brimstone message was preached, but because the power and presence of the Holy Spirit was so strong that a call to holiness and purity permeated the souls of all who were present.

I'm hungry for more! One touch changed my life forever! I can't live without intimate time in His presence! Once you've experienced it, you're never the same!

We must see this world rocked by the presence of the Spirit of God! HE'S ALIVE, POWERFUL AND REAL!! He's what the lost are looking for and the church needs to wake up their dry bones!! I'M HUNGRY AND DESPERATE FOR MORE OF HIS PRESENCE! I WANT TO SEE THE CHURCH FALL PASSIONATELY IN LOVE WITH JESUS AND THE LOST COME RUNNING TO HIM!! I'M PRAYING FOR REVIVAL!

Jeremiah 20:9 (ESV) If I say, “I will not mention Him, or speak any more in his name,” there is in my heart as it were a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I am weary with holding it in, and I cannot.

Acts 2:14-21 (NKJV) But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD. And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall be saved.’

Acts 7:54-56 (NKJV) When they heard these things they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed at him with their teeth. But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and said, “Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!”

Ezekiel 37:1-6 (NLT) Then he said to me, “Speak a prophetic message to these bones and say, ‘Dry bones, listen to the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Look! I am going to put breath into you and make you live again! I will put flesh and muscles on you and cover you with skin. I will put breath into you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”
