Trustworthy
Proverbs 20:6 (AMP) Many a man proclaims his own loyalty and goodness, but who can find a faithful and trustworthy man?
It is uncommon to find someone who is faithful, loyal and trustworthy in the world. Even many Christians struggle to remain faithful in their church attendance, giving and relationships. I would say overall, integrity is lacking in the body of Christ. Imagine if God was only as loyal to us as we are to him, what an outrage it would be in our minds! Thankfully, He is always there, always waiting for us, always desiring to bless us as we are repentant and obedient to His will. I want to challenge you to put your life in perspective of what God sees. If the roles were reversed, would you be proud of the person you are? Would you say that you are a loyal friend? A giving person? Someone that others can count on in the time of need?
I cannot express enough that this is why were are here on earth; to help others and share the good news of the gospel with those who are lost and confused. God wants to use you every single day - are you willing to be used? Are you willing to risk looking foolish over the life of another? What matters the most to you? What are your priorities? Are you giving your all to the one who already gave His all? Or are you waiting for a handful of miracles, signs and wonders before you begin? If the death of Christ was not enough for you, then you have not had a true revelation of all Jesus died for. Study the gospels, cry out to God and come humbly before Him with a heart of compassion for the lost and let God use you today! It will be the best feeling on this side of heaven, knowing you are making a difference in the lives of those around you. The world needs you now more than ever!
John 15:16 (AMP) You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name [as My representative] He may give to you.
