Run to Him

Psalm 34:8 (MSG) Open your mouth and taste, open your eyes and see- how good God is. Blessed are you who run to him.

Serving God is such an exciting life! No matter what we go through, we are able to run to our Heavenly Father for comfort and peace. Just as a child that wakes up in the middle of the night, afraid, would run to their parents for safety, we have the ability to run into the arms of our Father.

He is so good to us, even when we don’t deserve it. He is our comforter, our rock, our shield, our strong tower and so much more! What more could we ask for when we are feeling down? God is always there to pull us up out of the pit that the enemy tries to trap us in. He is for us and not against us, we are victorious through Christ. We are sons and daughters of the Most High God! He will never fail us, never leave us, never harm us. He is life, He is peace, He is our provider! We are blessed when we run to Him - why would we ever choose anything else? He is our deliverer, our counselor, our banner. May we find our comfort, peace and strength in Him today. Hallelujah!

Psalm 18:2 (AMP) The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and the One who rescues me; My God, my rock and strength in whom I trust and take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower-my stronghold.

Romans 8:31 (VOICE) So what should we say about all of this? If God is on our side, then tell me: whom should we fear?
