Finishing Well

Philippians 1:3-6 NKJV

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

God completes His work! Nothing is left unfinished! Jesus went to the cross to FINISH His work, He completed His mission.

As we are entering a new year, I want to encourage you to finish what you started! Whatever you desired to do a year ago, you know when you wrote down those new years resolutions and forgot about it the 3rd week of January….get back into that mindset.

• get your priorities right with God and keep Him first

• get your health in order, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit

• get your finances right, start that budget

• bring to the Lord what is His and bless others, do not rob Him

• write that book, someone's freedom is waiting

• start that non-profit, step out of the boat

• clean your house up, one room at a time, one day at a time

• sell off that excess junk someone else needs, save some money for a vacation

• delete those apps you're addicted to, manage your time better

Take it one day at a time, don't get overwhelmed, keep Jesus first in your day & first in your life.

Lift Him up and He will take you places you've never dreamed of! Stop listening to the lies of the enemy! Take back your territory, repent for your slack and move on, don’t look at your past - remember Lot’s wife! Move forward! You have legal access to the Throne of Grace! Use it!!!

Finish what you've started beloved - write the vision down. Don't allow it to die.

Remember, consistency pays off! A failure to plan is a plan to fail.

Ecclesiastes 7:8 (NKJV) The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.

Be patient, take your time but remember to take the time.

Begin 2025 with more zeal and passion for the things of God than ever before! Watch doors open up in your favor, watch the impossible happen before your eyes, watch suddenlies come to pass day after day! Don’t stop praying for your loved ones, don't stop caring for the sick, don't stop loving your enemy. Shine your light in the darkness!

Your obedience brings forth miracles! You don’t have to chase them! Suddenly + immediately are coming for you! Remain obedient to Jesus! Amen! 

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NKJV) Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Matthew 6:31-34 (NKJV) “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
