I Want to Dance

There is a secret place... deep inside the crevices of His presence. A place few have entered and none have experienced and remained unchanged. It's where deep calls out to deep. It can only be entered by the arms of the Spirit as He carries us there. It's only revealed to those who's worship is sincere, passionate and uninhibited. It's impossible to spend time fully focusing on Jesus, repenting of our failures and worshipping Him for His incredible sacrifice and love and not experience His life changing presence.

As I approach, it never ceases to amaze me... the God of the universe... my Savior, Redeemer, Bride Groom and Lover of my soul...His presence becomes weighty and thick. It's hard to breath as my heart races...I'm overwhelmed... It's unimaginable. In His arms time stands still, minutes turn to hours and at times very little is spoken, but much is felt. It's as a child, in her father's arms dancing as she stands upon his shoes. A marvelous dance lead by one as the child has surrendered full control of her movements...I want to dance... to be fully surrendered to His lead and every prompting of His Spirit. Yielding my actions completely to Him. No longer controlled by my senses, but feeling what He feels, seeing as He sees, hearing what He hears and loving as He loves.

I fall so short... yet here... In His presence the possibilities are limitless... my heart cries out for more... to be changed into a reflection of His glory. What seemed impossible begins to be revealed in the deep depths... deep under the shadow of His wings. It's a place where our peace is beyond our understanding, regardless of the chaos that may be knocking on the outside, nothing can penetrate this place of surrender, worship and love...

Psalm 42:7-8 (NKJV) Deep calls unto deep at the noise of Your waterfalls; All Your waves and billows have gone over me.The Lord will command His loving kindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me. A prayer to the God of my life.

Psalm 91:1(NKJV) He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Psalm 17:6-8 (TPT) You will answer me, God; I know you always will, like you always do as you listen with love to my every prayer. Magnify the marvels of your mercy to all who seek you. Make your Pure One wonderful to me, like you do for all those who turn aside to hide themselves in you. Protect me from harm; keep an eye on me like you would a child reflected in the twinkling of your eye. Yes, hide me within the shelter of your embrace, under your outstretched wings

Song of Solomon 2:9-10 (TPT) Let me describe Him: He is graceful as a gazelle, swift as a wild stag. Now He comes closer, even to the places where I hide. He gazes into my soul, peering through the portal as He blossoms within my heart. The one I love calls to me: Arise, my dearest. Hurry, my darling. Come away with me! I have come as you have asked to draw you to my heart and lead you out. For now is the time, my beautiful one.

2 Chronicles 5:13-14 (AMP) In unison when the trumpeters and singers were to make themselves heard with one voice praising and thanking the Lord, and when they raised their voices accompanied by the trumpets and cymbals and [other] instruments of music, and when they praised the Lord, saying, “For He is good, for His mercy and lovingkindness endure forever,” then the house of the Lord was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not remain standing to minister because of the cloud; for the glory and brilliance of the Lord filled the house of God.
