Your Faith Will Be Tested

There will be seasons that you feel like all hell is breaking loose against you. Though these times can be very difficult in the natural, God uses it to reveal what's really on the inside of us. It's easy to reflect His nature when things are good, but your true character, strengths and weaknesses are revealed when pressure is applied. His desire is to bring about growth and stability to our lives.

Have you ever been around adults who have always been pampered? When opposition comes against them they completely fall apart. They were never given the tools to help them deal with problems. God's not looking to raise spoiled brats, but strong and powerful warriors who have the ability to combat and defeat the enemy on every level!

He doesn't bring difficulties to destroy you, but He uses them to mold you into a person who is full of faith and no longer moved by circumstances. One who will hold on to the promises of God with tenacity, trust and worship Him regardless of what they see or experience and thrive in the midst of the storm! People who are strong, powerful and not intimidated by the enemy!!

Don't run from the trial, but run to Jesus so that nothing you are going through will be wasted! It will all be used for your growth and the perfecting of your faith!

Psalm 27:14 Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.

James 2:1-2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

James 1:6-8 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
