You are Loved!
Jesus loves you... sound cliché? I want to drive this point deep into your heart today. Without this knowledge, the enemy has an open route into your heart and life. Fear, doubt, insecurity and general anxiety will prevail and reign.
Regardless of what you've been told or the conditions of your conception, there was One who thought of and created you! Yes! He thought you were a good idea! Though I do understand just how much I'm loved, I still marvel at this concept. The God of the Universe, Creator of all things...not only created me, but sent His only begotten Son to die a horrific death on a cross, so that I could be forgiven of my sins and ultimately have a relationship with Him! Jesus the Son of God willingly sacrificed His life and withstood torture for YOU! He loves you that much!
Ok, I know this is the stuff that you've heard a thousand times before, but I want you to meditate on this today. JESUS LOVES YOU! That's not a general expression, but a very personal fact. He is right there with you, even as you're reading this, desiring your full attention, because He actually enjoys His time with you!
When we come to understand His Word and pursue Him, the reality becomes tangible. It's not just something you read about or even know, but it's an overwhelming realization of just how deep and marvelous this Agape Love really is. It's perfect and complete, it's not conditional and can't be deserved. It looks deep into your heart and knows everything about you...yet still beckons you to come closer. He's not appalled by what you've done, He hasn't turned His back on you, but He does require repentance that leads to freedom. He understands your frame and all of your weaknesses... He's ok with that, as long as it leads you closer to Him and more dependent on His Spirit!
His love...too magnificent to comprehend or explain! It's fulfilling, gives us hope and security. As a child that understands its depths, you realize that there's nothing that can separate you from it and nothing can compete with it. It's the love of a Bride Groom toward His Beloved Bride. It's deep, intimate and passionate. He enjoys your company and longs to be with you when you're apart.
What He wants you to know today is that He loves you...just as you are! Nothing could possibly make Him love you more! He loves you enough to convict you of things that have held you captive and prevented you from experiencing the fullness of it. It's not that His love has been withheld, but there have been blockages...a chasm that has kept you at a distance...if you don't already know, ask Him to reveal it, repent and run into Him arms! It's what He desires! He wants fellowship with you, to saturate you in His love, share His heart with you, as you share yours with Him and lead you into His path for your life! One that is filled with His presence, anointed by His Spirit and in constant communication, as He's directing you every step of the way! One that's filled with divine encounters and visitations of His Holy Spirit! He's got plans and they include you!!!
Yeah! JESUS LOVES...YOU!!
Romans 8:38-39 (NLT) And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Jude 20-21 (TPT) But you, my delightfully loved friends, constantly and progressively build yourselves up on the foundation of your most holy faith by praying every moment in the Spirit. Fasten your hearts to the love of God and receive the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who gives us eternal life.
Colossians 1:13-14 (NLT) For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.
Song of Solomon 2:10 (KJV) My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.
John 15:9-11 (TPT) “I love each of you with the same love that the Father loves me. You must continually let my love nourish your hearts. If you keep my commands, you will live in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands, for I continually live nourished and empowered by his love. My purpose for telling you these things is so that the joy that I experience will fill your hearts with overflowing gladness!
