Our Greatest Blessing Part 1

Tonight, as I sit on the back porch looking out at the water…I’m mesmerized by His beauty, peace, and love. There's nothing I enjoy more than sharing my heart and love with Him in these intimate moments. I often hear people say they are too busy to spend time with Jesus...I don't understand such logic from His Bride. Time with Him is not a chore or something we do just to check it off our list. It's the greatest privilege of our lives.
We work and save for trips and possessions and are thrilled when these things are achieved. So many things bring temporary pleasures in this life, yet there are so few life changing treasures to be found. Sadly, most spend their lives futilely searching for satisfaction in all the wrong places. I'm not even talking about the world here, but much of the church are spinning their wheels on a quest for peace, fulfillment, and tranquility, yet... there's no time for the source...
Time... your greatest commodity... is it being wasted? There's nothing more valuable or fulfilling than time spent getting to know your Lord through the study and knowledge of His Word and time spent loving on Him as you bask in His presence! Don't waste another minute... do you wonder why your walk isn't all you thought it would be? Christianity was never meant to be a long-distance relationship. All that you need can be found as you surrender all and put Him first. He's waiting to overwhelm you as He surrounds you with His love. Drawing closer to Him doesn't make Him love you more, it just brings this truth to reality as you experience it firsthand, deep inside the Secret Place of His Presence. There's nothing like the incredible beauty of His love! Don't miss out on the greatest blessing of your walk of faith! He's waiting with arms wide open... He desires time with you!
Isaiah 30:18 (NLT) So the Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion. For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for his help.
Psalm 91:1-2 (KJV) He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Song of Solomon 2:1 (TPT) The one I love calls to me: Arise, my dearest. Hurry, my darling. Come away with me! I have come as you have asked to draw you to my heart and lead you out. For now is the time, my beautiful one.
Psalm 16:11 (NKJV) You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Who is sitting at the right hand of the Father? Our pleasures are found in Jesus!
