He's Got You!

Isaiah 40:29-31 (KJV) He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
As I'm sitting here on the back porch, I'm scanning the pine trees that surround our pond. I'm looking for the beautiful bald eagle that landed in my yard last week. As I'm looking, the scripture that I posted above comes to my mind and I begin to weep. We will mount up on wings as eagles... He keeps reminding me and confirming what He has spoken to my heart...
There's coming a day that we will not be able to tolerate the trials if we are not nestled up to His heart, passionately seeking Him, studying His Word until it takes root within us, fully surrendered to His will and persuaded that what He has promised, He will do! For some, that day is today. There are so many trials that many are experiencing, and they feel like they can't make it through another day.
There's a place where peace reigns and circumstances no longer take center stage. It's where we soar above the dark clouds that try to steal our attention, quench our testimony, and even squelch our existence. They that wait upon the Lord... it's in the abiding and the tarrying that we find that He is worth the wait. When our view of Him becomes greater than the work of the enemy we find the comfort and protection that's needed to overcome the trial, and we find supernatural peace as we walk through the storm... hand in hand with our Lord and Savior!
In the shadow of His wings... this signifies the protection that's found as we remain hidden with Christ in God. He must become our priority, our passion, and our desire. We are being transformed into a reflection of His glory!
It's easy to say, "trust Him"... but that type of faith only comes from knowing Him. That's a daily walk of studying scripture, sharing your heart with Him, worshipping, praying, seeking his face, desiring to please Him with every thought, word, and action, and surrendering every dream and desire in exchange for His!
So many Christians are disillusioned by their relationship with Christ, but they have never made the effort to dig a little deeper and take their relationship to the next level. He's waiting! He has everything you need there, and He will surround you with His love as He's repositioning you to a new place of fruitfulness for His Kingdom! Rest in Him and trust the process! He's got you!
Romans 4:20-21 (NKJV) He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
Colossians 3:2-3 (NKJV) Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV) But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
Psalm 57:1-3 (KJV) Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast. I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me. He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
