A Word of Encouragement

As I approach the throne of God this evening, I ask Him what He'd have me write for the next devotion. He began to show me that there was someone reading this that desperately needs a word of encouragement. The attacks are coming from every side, and you are ready to give up! You feel as though there's nowhere to turn and no one who understands the anxiety that's tormenting your heart and mind at this moment.

This word is for you!

The Lord sees you, understand and cares. You may feel like He's nowhere to be found and has turned a deaf ear towards you, but the truth is, the chaos that's surrounding has prevented you from hearing Him and feeling His presence. He hasn't moved, He's still where you left Him, but the voices in your head and the diversions from the enemy that are waving their arms in front of you have made it almost impossible to hear or see...A L M O S T but not completely...

He says, "I'm right here waiting for you to call out to me above all of the noise...I am here, and I Am the solution to all of your problems! Cry out to Me! Yes, I want to hear about your troubles, and I want to repair the breaches in your life. But there's something I want more... so much more...though I desire to rescue you... My greatest desire is YOU!! One on one fellowship with My precious Bride. As you call out to Me with desperate desire... primarily out of a deep passion to know Me...I will rush in with arms wide open, prepared to embrace you and heal the wounds in your mind and heart. Then I'll give you the blueprint for complete freedom from the present attack. A way of escape as I will take over the battle and vindicate, protect, and fight for you on every front! This battle is nothing for Me, but I've allowed it to go on for this long for one purpose... to draw you closer. Cry out to Me, trust and believe! That's where you'll find your strength, peace, love, acceptance, power, and authority! You have not been abandoned. I'm here waiting for you to turn your affection towards Me! I love you!"

James 4:8 (NKJV) Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purity your hearts, you double-minded.

Romans 5:3-5 (NKJV) And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

1 Peter 1:6-7 (NLT) So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.

Luke 18:7-8 (TPT) Don’t you know that God, the true judge, will grant justice to all his chosen ones who cry out to him night and day? He will pour out his Spirit upon them. He will not delay to answer you and give you what you ask for. God will give swift justice to those who don’t give up. So be ever praying, ever expecting, in the same way as the widow. Even so, when the Son of Man comes back, will he find this kind of undying faith on earth?”

Isaiah 54:17 (NKJV) No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, ”Says the Lord.
