Let God Do It
Deuteronomy 30:9 (NIV) Then the Lord your God will make you most prosperous in all the work of your hands and in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your land. The Lord will again delight in you and make you prosperous, just as he delighted in your ancestors.
Have you asked God to help you with something lately? It may sound strange to some, but God really wants to be involved in everything you do. He created you and He knows exactly what you need to get the job done. It can be as simple as your chores; God wants to give you the strength to get everything you need to do in a day completed with grace. When we keep God out of our lives, we allow stress, pressures of the world, negative thoughts, and selfish desires to flood into our lives.
Keeping God in the midst of your day, can be the best "pick-me-up" you've ever experienced. Rather than going to your next cup of coffee or your next can of caffeine, take 5 minutes to ask God to help you and give you strength. He will grant you so much peace you won't know what to do with yourself. He may even tell you to go take a break! Take a 10-minute walk and enjoy the sounds of nature and admire the earth that He created. He wants to bless His children like any good father would. Clear your mind by spending time in prayer and seeking His desires for your life. We find our peace and strength through seeking Him so let go and let God be your guide and your helper!
Mark 10:27 (MSG) Jesus was blunt: “No chance at all if you think you can pull it off by yourself. Every chance in the world if you let God do it.”
Psalm 37:4-5 (AMP) Delight yourself in the Lord; and he will give you the desires and petitions of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him also and He will do it.
