Great is Thy Faithfulness

Lamentations 3:21-24 (NLT) Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!”

How great is the faithfulness of God?! No matter what circumstances we find ourselves in, He stays with us, giving us a hope for our future. In Him we can accomplish so much and with a great peace – because He is directing our steps and leading us to a path of righteousness.

Following His plan for our lives is the greatest way to receive joy. Knowing there is a God who loves us and would stop at nothing to help us as we journey through this life is priceless. Being forgiven of all our wrongs and having Jesus make everything right – there is no other love that compares. His mercies are new every morning, each day is a new opportunity to share the love of Christ with others. His love is for everyone - the lost, the broken, the confused, the angry, the bitter, the hateful, the worst sinner of all - it has no end. The Lord is our inheritance, Heaven is our reward and we can confidently hope in Him!

The Great I Am is on our side and fighting for us, He has overcome death and the grave! There is no better place for us to be than right in the middle of God's plan for our lives. Great is Thy Faithfulness. Even if everything is taken from us, we still have Jesus as our inheritance! That can never be taken and nothing should be shaking our faith, not a pandemic, not a bunch of mandates, nothing! We have all we need in Christ!

Ephesians 1:13-14 (NKJV) In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

Ephesians 1:18 (TPT) I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling—that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones!
