Use the Authority You've Been Given
It breaks my heart to see the body of Christ in such disarray. We were created with so much love and purpose, yet most Christians are living much below the spiritual position that has been purchased for them. There are mountains to be moved, souls to bring to Christ and a world to change! It must be done with boldness and authority when we begin to understand our spiritual position as children of the Most High God! Weak, insecure and fearful Christianity is not a gift of the Spirit, but with His baptism comes faith, power and authority!
The enemy has most Christians intimidated, stressed out and cowering in fear. They talk about the attacks that are coming against them more than the power of God to deliver them. Yes, there’s no doubt that the devil is stronger than those who depend upon their own strength. But for those of us who know that our strength, peace, power and ability is from the the Holy spirit, was purchased through the blood and enforced through the name of Jesus, we are unstoppable! Yes, there will be attacks, set backs and diversions along the way, but as long as we continue to stay focused on Him, decree His will, stand on the Word, pray and battle against the forces of evil we will have the victory!
Don't give up!! Pray and study what the Bible says about your particular situation and use it in your battle plan. There is no limit to what you can achieve or overcome if you'll put your trust completely on Jesus and the work of the cross. Use the authority that’s been given to you and never under estimate the incredible power of prayer! Luke 9:1 (NKJV) Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. Luke 10:19 (NKJV) Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Ephesians 3:12 (MSG) Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence. Proverbs 28:1 (TPT) Guilty criminals experience paranoia even though no one threatens them. But the innocent lovers of God, because of righteousness, will have the boldness of a young, ferocious lion! Acts 4:31 (TPT) As they prayed the earth shook beneath them, causing the building they were in to tremble. Each one of them was filled with the Holy Spirit, and they proclaimed the word of God with unrestrained boldness. Hebrews 10:19-23 (NKJV) Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
