Unshakable

We are in a season where God is stirring the pot. There’s a time coming when we will need greater strength and faith than we’ve ever tapped into before. We must truly know our father and Bride Groom and be able to depend upon the Holy Spirit for direction, wisdom, and as the source of our peace and joy. So, for now... all of the trials and chaos that’s going on both around us and internally is prime training ground for strength and growth.

There’s so much the Lord desires to do through us, but first it must begin within us. As the attacks come, extract as much out of the learning experience as possible. We are in the precipice of both the biggest attack against the church and the greatest move of God in history.... are you ready? If we can’t handle the daily stresses of life, then what will happen if things were to get really bad? We are blessed to have this time to exercise our spiritual muscles and build an immovable faith. One like Stephen, who even as he was being martyred, the reality of the presence of God was more evident than the stones that were tearing away at his flesh. Yes! There’s a place of being so hidden in Christ that the world no longer dictates our emotions, senses or reactions. I’ll admit, I haven’t arrived there yet, but with every moment of worship, studying the Word, in prayer and in His presence, even when all hell is breaking out against us... actually especially in those times, we learn to experience His grace in a new way.

There’s so many characteristics of God’s love and strength that can only be experienced when our backs are against the wall and it’s a do or die moment! I’ve had plenty of those experiences that if He didn’t intervene I couldn’t make it through or at the very least I thought I’d lose my mind. When we experience His peace against all earthly odds... well it’s just incredible!

Allow the trial to purge you of compromise, sin and every weakness and thought processes that keeps you from His fullness. Search your heart and seek His face for wisdom and the knowledge to know what needs to change in your mind, behaviors and relationships. There’s a purging going on and it’s not meant to bring destruction, but to set you free from what has limited your usefulness, caused insecurity and stifled your growth. He is building a strong army of faith filled, totally surrendered and unshakable lovers of God. They are unintimidated by circumstances or negative reports because they are grounded in God’s Word and have no doubt of His love and the power that is at work both in and through them!

1 Corinthians 15:58 (TPT) But we thank God for giving us the victory as conquerors through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One. So now, beloved ones, stand firm, stable, and enduring. Live your lives with an unshakable confidence. We know that we prosper and excel in every season by serving the Lord, because we are assured that our union with the Lord makes our labor productive with fruit that endures.

Proverbs 3:25-26 (TPT) You will not be subject to terror, for it will not terrify you. Nor will the disrespectful be able to push you aside, because God is your confidence in times of crisis, keeping your heart at rest in every situation.

Acts 7:55-56 &59-60 (TPT) But Stephen, overtaken with great faith, was full of the Holy Spirit. He fixed his gaze into the heavenly realm and saw the glory and splendor of God—and Jesus, who stood up at the right hand of God “Look!” Stephen said. “I can see the heavens opening and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God to welcome me home!” As they hurled stone after stone at him, Stephen prayed, “Our Lord Jesus, accept my spirit into your presence.” He crumpled to his knees and shouted in a loud voice, “Our Lord, don’t hold this sin against them.” And then he died.
