Listen

Look around... where does God have you at this very moment in time? What is He showing you or where is He leading you? What lessons is He wanting you to learn in this season? Life can at times feel like a marathon. We are running a course full speed ahead, with our own agenda and personal goals. It’s so filled with problems, obligations, and repetition that we forget that God has a plan. Sometimes our plans and His collide and we think we’ve fallen off course when actually... we are finally getting back to the original plan.

In the midst of all of the chaos and craziness of life, take time to sit at the feet of Jesus and listen... He’s speaking in so many ways. Open your Bible and allow those living Words, filled with Holy Ghost power begin to sink in and take root in your heart. We must realize that though our plans and motives may seem righteous, they may not be what God intended when He created you. There’s no plan b... there’s only one life to live and that’s the one He specifically designed for you... yes He is still speaking, but we must take the time to set everything else aside, open our hearts before Him, worship, seek His face, rest in His presence, breath... and listen... then allow His Spirit to lead you...

2 Timothy 3:16-17 (TPT) God has transmitted his very substance into every Scripture, for it is God-breathed. It will empower you by its instruction and correction, giving you the strength to take the right direction and lead you deeper into the path of godliness. Then you will be God’s servant, fully mature and perfectly prepared to fulfill any assignment God gives you.
